Our 4-Stage Commercial Shifting Protocol
We start with floorplan mapping and color coding. Every desk, chair, monitor, and document box gets a color-coded barcode label that matches the destination floor plan, so nothing ends up in the wrong room.
From there it's anti-static IT hardware crating. Server units, hard drives, sensitive electronics - all of it gets packed in anti-static bubble wrap and shockproof wooden crates before anything moves an inch.
Next comes modular workstation dismantling. Our carpenters take apart cubicles, partition panels, conference tables, and glass partitions carefully - no shortcuts, no rushed jobs.
Last is destination placement and setup. Items go straight to their assigned rooms and workstations, so your team can walk in Monday morning and just get to work.
Before anything moves, we run a full floor audit - IT assets, cabling, floor layouts, all reviewed in detail. Then comes asset tagging, where color-coded barcodes go on every desk and box so tracking stays simple.
Servers and monitors get wrapped in ESD anti-static bubble wrap for the packing stage, and once loaded, your goods travel in GPS-tracked, sealed trucks riding on air-suspension. On the other end, boxes and furniture land exactly where they're supposed to, cubicles get reassembled, and by the time we sign off, everything's ready for Monday.
We carry full transit insurance, so you're covered no matter what happens along the way. What we quote at the pre-move survey is what you pay - no hidden fees creeping in later.
