Our 4-Layer Scientific Material Protocol
Layer one starts before anything gets boxed at all - high-grade stretch film and soft tissue paper go straight onto wood polishes, leather sofas, and glass surfaces, protecting against scratches and dust buildup.
Layer two brings in the cushioning. Appliances, mirrors, paintings, and electronic gear get wrapped in high-density 100 GSM air bubble sheets and EPE foam.
Layer three is structural: 5-ply heavy duty cardboard cartons, export quality, with reinforced corners built to take stacking pressure during transit without buckling.
The final layer seals it all - heavy waterproof tarpaulin and crate enclosure, bound with waterproof plastic sheets and heavy-duty strapping tape, so weather isn't a factor anymore.
We open with an item inventory, sorting out what's fragile, what's heavy, and what falls under general household goods. Fresh materials come next - unused 5-ply cartons, bubble wrap, and tapes, nothing recycled or reused from a previous job.
From there our expert packers apply the multi-layer wrap we walked through above, and every box gets labeled with its contents and destination room before it's loaded. Loading happens into clean, containerized vehicles for safe transport, and once we reach your new home, we unpack and clear away all the packing waste before we call the job done.
